How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your desired product, choose options (if any), and click "Add to Cart". Then proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete the payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure all transactions are 100% secure. We do not store your complete card information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement if it hasn't been shipped. Once shipped, you can return the product according to our 3-day return policy. Contact us immediately for modifications.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately after placing your order. This will include your order number and details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available for all orders across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹799. For orders below ₹799, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Other cities: 5-7 business days. Remote areas: 7-10 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in your account dashboard or using the tracking link provided.
What if I'm not available for delivery?
Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your new address. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
How do I return a product?
Contact our customer service via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and arrange pickup.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are available for size or design within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). In such cases, we provide a prepaid return label.
What items cannot be returned?
Customized/personalized jewelry, final sale items, and products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned. Please check our Returns page for complete details.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.
How do I create an account?

I forgot my password. What should I do?
