Original Packaging
All original packaging, boxes, tags, and labels must be intact and included
Certificates & Accessories
All certificates of authenticity and accessories must be returned with the product

How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us
Initiate your return request by contacting our customer service team:
Provide Order Details
Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide return/exchange approval along with instructions within 24 hours.
Pack Securely
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories. Include a copy of the invoice.
Ship the Product
We will arrange a pickup from your address or provide you with a return shipping label. Keep the tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned product:

- • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- • Bank credit: 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will process a bank transfer to your account.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
